Why do you charge commission fee?
The commission is the provider's compensation for the mediation of orders and other related services specified in the contract and the GTC. The commission also helps us fund our contracted riders to adequately cover their time, distance travelled and effort in addition to the delivery fee paid by customers. As well as the cost of cashless payment transactions, the cost of product and service enhancements, marketing and support staff costs such as service to you, customers and riders.
What documents do I need to become a foodora partner?
To initiate cooperation, it is sufficient to have an TAX number, VAT number and account number. Contact phone and email. In addition, the menu you want to publish and the opening hours. Can I stop orders if it gets too busy?
Yes, our partners can pause orders at any time. Using our tablet, you can pause your store from collecting orders for a specific time period. You can also indicate that your store is busy, letting customers know to expect longer prep times.
How frequently will I get paid?
You can choose if you to be paid weekly or monthly
What happens once I go live?
Once you become a foodora partner, you will have a dedicated account manager who will assist you in boosting your orders and revenues on the platform. Additionally, you will be granted access to foodora's Vendor Portal, where you can find more details about the platform's operations and logistics, training materials, and the ability to manage your listings.
